Have you always wanted to work at a law firm that specializes in family and inheritance law? Our firm deals with divorces, child cases, alimony and cases in the field of inheritance law. We are looking for a legal secretarial topper.

Our office is located in Amsterdam Oud Zuid and is characterized as a personal, creative and ambitious office. Are you a collegial lady/gentleman? Are you a real go-getter, cheerful and enthusiastic? What are you responsible for?

Within our organization, you will provide secretarial support to the lawyers. Think of contact with clients, agenda management, file management and setting up and preparing appointments. You have a service-oriented nature. You can work accurately and contribute to the good working atmosphere with your positive personality.

Naast een grote eigen verantwoordelijkheid zal je onderdeel worden  van een leuk team met fijne collega’s.

What are we looking for?

You have HBO work and thinking level and would like to learn more about family and inheritance law. You have relevant work experience in a similar function (within the legal profession is a plus), excellent command of the MS Office package (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint), excellent writing skills (Dutch) and you are organizationally strong.
