Mindy Mosk graduated in 2018 cum laude from Leiden University with a specialization in family and youth law, after which she joined our firm. From 2016 to 2020, Mindy was a volunteer at the children's rights organization Defence for Children-ECPAT and worked as a notary for a number of years during her studies. On December 1, 2022, Mindy was named 'Upcoming Talent of the Year 2022' by the Legal Women foundation. This award is presented to female legal top talent (up to and including 7 years of work experience) who has stood out because of her business and/or social influence or, for example, because of a special vision.
Mindy is involved in family law in the broadest sense of the word. Her special interest is in parentage cases (including surrogacy cases), international child abductions, custody issues such as (inter)national relocations, alimony disputes and the settlement of assets in the event of a (divorce) divorce.
Mindy's working method is characterized by her personal involvement, drive and the provision of clear and expert legal advice. She fully commits herself in every case to achieve the desired result of her client, whereby she keeps an eye on the interests of the child. This means that she strives for a practical and sustainable solution whereby she tries to prevent the agreements made from leading to conflicts at a later time.
Mindy is interested in combining her work as a lawyer with writing scientific articles, speaking at conferences and providing webinars and lectures in the field of family law.
