Sara Bakker studied Law at the University of Groningen, after which she completed her Master's degree in Liability Law at Utrecht University in 2020 and her Master's degree in Youth Law at Leiden University in 2022.

Sara developed a great interest in family law through her master's degree in Youth Law and started working at the Family & Youth team of the Amsterdam court. After working for a year in the judiciary, she made the switch to the legal profession. Sara joined De Boorder Advocaten in May 2023.
