Myrthe Weltak studied Law and Notarial Law at Leiden University, after which she completed her Master's degree in Civil Law in 2020.
During her studies she developed an increasing interest in family and inheritance law. She therefore structured her master's degree with mainly family law subjects and wrote a thesis on cohabiting couples.

Myrthe's working method is personal, practical and solution-oriented, which allows her to quickly get to the heart of the problem. She makes legal jargon understandable for her clients and is easily accessible. This allows her to combine an accessible and goal-oriented approach. She strives for a good legal and practical solution in the short and long term.
After a student internship at Boorder Advocaten, Myrthe joined the firm in November 2020.
Myrthe is registered with NOVA as a specialist in the field of personal and family law.
