Michelle Donders studied Law at the University of Amsterdam, after which she completed her Master's degree in Private Law in 2020.
During her studies, she gained practical experience at various law firms. Due to the broad civil practice of these firms, she gained experience in many different areas of law. Here she discovered that she has a great interest in family and inheritance law. She therefore focused her master's degree on mainly family and inheritance law subjects and wrote her thesis on calculating the amount of the user compensation in matrimonial property law.
After her studies, Michelle joined a law firm in Haarlem, where she worked in personal and family law for over 3 years. In order to further specialize in this field, she made the switch to De Boorder Advocaten as of October 2023.
Michelle comes from an entrepreneurial family and this is reflected in her solution-oriented way of thinking and her ability to respond well to changing situations. She always seeks the connection between legal knowledge and a practical approach. For clients, she makes every effort to achieve the best result.
Michelle is registered with NOVA as a specialist in the field of personal and family law.
