Surrogacy: Supreme Court declines to answer preliminary questions

Breaking news regarding surrogacy: the Supreme Court declines to answer the preliminary questions. The Supreme Court concludes that the legislator is responsible for the consequences of foreign surrogacy in terms of parentage law.
