Costs

At our office you are always assured of expert specialist assistance. All lawyers and mediators at our office do nothing but family and inheritance law. We have daily (lunch) consultations with each other, the lines are short and we keep each other informed and sharp. In short, we have all the expertise in-house.

We work on an hourly basis. Our hourly rates vary from EUR 150-200 (attorneys with less than 3 years of experience), EUR 200-250 (attorney associates with more than 3 years of experience), EUR 250-270 (attorney associates with more than 6 years of experience) and EUR 270-350 (attorney partners). Hourly rates are excluding VAT.

We do not charge a separate percentage for office costs. Costs to third parties (such as court fees, bailiff costs, costs of GBA extracts, etc.) are charged. Costs for experts (accountants, tax specialists, notaries, brokers, etc.) are only made after approval by the client. We charge these costs to the client or the client pays these costs directly to the expert.

Our office does not perform work on the basis of funded legal aid (also called "legal aid"). You can check whether you are eligible for this on the website of the Legal Aid Board.
