On 1 January 2015, the Child Arrangements Reform Act (WHK) will come into effect. The aim of the act is to limit the number of child arrangements in income tax. You can contact us for this for the fixed price of €1,000 including VAT*. If you decide to ask the judge to change the amount of child support based on the advice, this procedure will cost €2,500 including VAT (excl. court fees)**.

*We assume that you are employed and that you will provide the documents required for advice. Based on this, we will calculate maintenance. We will then advise you on the basis of the documents and maintenance calculation whether a change in child maintenance can be expected. Are you an entrepreneur? Ask us for a quote.

**We assume that you are employed and that it is not possible to come to a change by mutual agreement. We will draw up a petition for a change in child support, study the statement of defense and assist you as a lawyer during the oral hearing in court. Additional work such as discussions with the other party, additional maintenance calculations and multiple hearings are not included in this price.
