Does a foreign estate fall within a Dutch marital community?

The Supreme Court has provided clarity on the question on the basis of which arguments it can be argued that a foreign inheritance does not need to be included in the division of a (dissolved) community of property and therefore does not need to be shared in the context of the divorce.
