Coronavirus measures for clients, new clients and referrers
Our office has also taken measures to combat the coronavirus. What do these measures mean for you?
Accessibility of the lawyers
In accordance with the guidelines and advice of the RIVM and the government, our employees work from home as much as possible. All our lawyers and mediators are easily accessible by telephone, e-mail and video connection (Skype, Facetime, Zoom, Microsoft Teams). There is always one lawyer and secretarial employee present at our office.
Procedures at the court and the court of appeal
The procedures at the district court and the court of appeal continue as usual and we will of course ensure that (procedural) documents that need to be sent to the district court and the court of appeal by post are there on time. Almost all hearings are cancelled (they are postponed) or are held by telephone. You will hear what happens to your case from your own lawyer.
Discussions or intake interviews
In principle, we will no longer hold meetings at the office – in accordance with government advice. However, we can continue to provide you with optimum service via telephone, e-mail and video connection (Skype, Facetime, Zoom, Microsoft Teams). This also applies to our new clients, who we can continue to receive in our virtual office.
Be sure to take contact with our office if you have any questions about family law and/or inheritance law. You can count on us and we will continue to be happy to serve everyone!
