“For both entrepreneurs and individuals, it is important to acknowledge the emotional aspects, but not to let them determine the approach. I am result- and solution-oriented and can work well together. That is why mediation and collaborative divorce appeal to me so much, because you work towards a future arrangement that is acceptable to both parties. Sometimes that is not possible and then I know how to find the way to the court. Every client is different and every case requires its own approach. It is precisely that diversity of people and the content of the work that makes the profession so attractive.”
