Marjoleine de Boorder is a founder, mediator and collaborative divorce lawyer.
She has been involved in family law since 1992. Her practice has increasingly focused on collaborative divorce and mediation, and she enjoys national fame. She introduced collaborative divorce in the Netherlands and was chair of the VvCP (Association of Collaborative Professionals) for many years and is a member of the vFAS. Marjoleine is part of the Overlegscheiding Randstad, which includes a number of lawyers, coaches and financial professionals from the Randstad (www.overlegscheidingrandstad.nl).
Her strength lies in decisive action ('getting to work'): the ability to be alert, professional and fast to achieve results. Complex cases, where the contradictions seem to stand in the way of achieving the result, she sees as a challenge. By giving space to the personal motives and interests of both parties, she often knows how to achieve an optimal result. She has an affinity with entrepreneurs: strong characters who are used to directing their lives according to their own insights and opinions.
Marjoleine de Boorder is registered with NOVA as a specialist in the field of personal and family law.
This can be found in the NOVA legal areas register.
She obtains her mandatory training credits every year.
