Siham Maachi

Siham Maachi studied Dutch law at Radboud University in Nijmegen. She graduated in 2015 in both Civil Law and Criminal Law. She has worked for over three years as a family lawyer at a law firm in Amsterdam. In doing so, she focused on family law. During her professional training, Siham was voted ‘best individual’ because of her strong motivations and her compassion.
As a lawyer, Siham showed responsibility at an early stage and demonstrated her ability to steer cases towards the desired outcome. In doing so, she has gained extensive court experience. Siham is decisive and persuasive. She is described by her clients as a power woman.
Siham has been working at de Boorder Advocaten since 2020. Her interest lies in internationally oriented cases. Siham handles (international) property settlements, alimony disputes, custody and visitation disputes, divorces and parentage issues.
